Special Event: Chocolate and Coffee Tasting - for the Birds!

  • James P Coughlin Center 625 East County Road Y Oshkosh, WI, 54901 United States (map)

Your morning cup of coffee can help save songbirds and so can delicious chocolate!

Smithsonian Bird Friendly Certified coffee and chocolate meet the gold standard for protecting bird habitat in the tropical regions of the Americas, where many of our favorite songbirds winter. Come learn what it means to be Bird Friendly and why buying these certified products is so important for our birds. Enjoy free samples of Bird Friendly coffees and chocolates.

Lisa Gaumnitz from SOS Save Our Songbirds and Amy Haban from Barnwood Coffee Company will talk about Bird Friendly products and the importance of purchasing Bird Friendly coffee and chocolate. Packages of Barnwood Coffee will also be available for purchase.

Hosted by Winnebago Audubon Society, SOS Save Our Songbirds, and Barnwood Coffee Company of Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

This event is free and open to the public. We hope you will join us for some tasty samples.
